At Braydich Dental, we believe that a healthy smile has the power to change lives! That's why we created Smiles for Charity, an annual fundraiser that turns routine teeth whitening into an opportunity to give back to the community we love.

Each year, our team selects a local nonprofit organization that is making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Through the generosity of our patients, we've raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to support incredible causes right here in our community. This year, we're honored to support Clothed in Strength, an organization dedicated to bridging the gap between financial freedom and government assistance for low to moderate-income single mothers.

From March 1 through June 30, you can be part of something bigger. Every single dollar raised this year is going to Clothed in Strength and the single mothers they support.

About Clothed in Strength 

Clothed In Strength, a 501 c3 founded in 2022, exists to bridge the gap between government assistance and true financial stability for low- to moderate-income single mothers.

This mission is deeply personal to founder Heather Fronk. At 19, she was a full-time worker and a student at YSU, trying to finish her bachelor’s degree while raising her child. She earned just enough to lose eligibility for financial and housing assistance, but not enough to cover her family’s basic needs without taking on a second job.

Today, Heather is committed to helping other single mothers facing that same “in-between” situation. Clothed In Strength supports them through three core pillars:

  1. Free boutique for essentials – Providing donated clothing, shoes, workwear, and coats for mothers and their children.
  2. Financial grants – Offering support for unexpected or emergency life events.
  3. Community resource center – Connecting mothers with trusted local organizations and services.

Together, these resources help single moms move from just getting by to building a more secure future.

Professional teeth whitening is the most effective way to get a brighter smile. While over-the-counter products are a cheaper alternative, professional and customized teeth whitening ensures a safe and effective treatment that will deliver long-lasting results. 

You should be cautious about over-the-counter options that offer immediate results. An important aspect of professional teeth whitening is the personalization. Oftentimes, OTC whitening strips or pens contain higher concentrations of whitening solution than what is recommended. 

We’ll start with a complimentary exam to check for any broken, cracked, or badly decayed teeth, since these issues can cause sensitivity during whitening.

The appointment itself will only take 20 minutes, as we’ll create impressions of your mouth using a dental putty to send to a lab. After your appointment, there will be a one-week waiting period to get the trays back from the lab.
