- Affordable Membership: For just $50 per person, you can enroll in our plan, making it a cost-effective option for both individuals and families.
- Preventative Care Discounts: Prioritize your oral health with a 20% discount on preventive services, including yearly cleanings, exams, and x-rays, ensuring your dental health is consistently monitored and maintained.
- Savings on Restorative Services: Receive a 10% discount on restorative treatments such as fillings, crowns, and bridges. We understand the importance of these procedures and have made them more accessible through our plan.

Program Guidelines
- A patient’s portion of the bill is due on the date of service.
- The CDP cannot be used in conjunction with another dental plan.
- This plan is non-refundable.
- The patient must follow recommended appointment guidelines to be eligible for a discount (excludes exams at 6-month intervals and annual x-rays).
