Luggage Set Photo Contest
Win a Luggage Set and Tags
With summer approaching, that means vacations are on the horizon! To help with travel, we’re having a photo contest, and the winner receives a three-piece luggage set with luggage tags.
It’s simple to enter! Come into Braydich Dental, grab a bobblehead of one of our doctors, and take a picture of the bobblehead in your favorite place. It could be the beach, the park, your favorite restaurant or anywhere else you like to go. Then, just submit your photo in the form below or drop it off at the Braydich Dental office.
After compiling all the photos, we’ll post them on our Facebook page. The post with the most “likes” wins the luggage.
To Enter:
1. Come to Braydich Dental to pick up a bobblehead
2. Take a picture of the bobblehead in your favorite place
3. Fill out the form to submit your photo or drop off your photo at Braydich Dental
4. “Like” and “share” on Facebook to promote your photo, which will be posted June 16

Contest Rules
Promotion Period
Submissions for Braydich Dental’s “Luggage Set Photo Contest” will be accepted from May 1 to June 15.
Voting Period
The final day to submit a photo for the contest is June 15. The voting period on Facebook begins June 16 and lasts until June 29.
Prizes
The winner receives a three-piece luggage set with luggage tags.
The winner is the person who submitted the photo with the most Facebook likes.
The winner will be announced on Facebook two weeks after the conclusion of the contest (June 30).
General Rules
Participants must fill out the form on this page and attach their photo for submission or submit a printed photo in person at the Braydich Dental office.
Submissions are limited to one per person.
Eligibility
Contest is available to both patients of Braydich Dental and the general public.
Contestants must be able to provide email to enter.
